What if we focused on planning our music instruction from a place of assuming students have a variety of needs and the instruction needs to reflect that, rather than trying to modify and adjust afterwards?
If we’re really going to make equitable and inclusive instructional practices the norm in music ed, and not the exception, we’ve got to stop addressing the symptoms and get to the root problem. Here’s what I mean by that 👉🏾
