Very disappointed by @PHSOmbudsman #nhs #ombudsman. The case worker was not interested because the complaint was not about death or prolonged pain. No wonder the NHS is in such poor state when its ombudsman is too lazy or indifferent about all the little things it gets wrong.
Any public figure who persists in telling us that ‘Diversity is our strength’ should instantly forfeit all respect. It’s time for honesty, not bogus clichés.
Appalling Complaints department at @LancashireCC Lancashire County Council is bloated, unwieldy and excessively defensive if anyone complains. Its Complaints Team think it their primary goal to fob complaints off. Its time the LCC was dissolved.
