By an unanimous vote, HR2345 passed the US House of Representatives. That means there will be a short duration of review by the FCC with no doubt the approval of and implementation of a three digit NATIONAL suicide lifeline. Thank you to everyone that helped us fight for this!!!
HR2345 just passed the Energy and Commerce committee!!! We are one step closer to a 3 digit lifeline number! I cannot be more excited!!!!
After spending the day yesterday talking with our congressional representatives about the importance of suicide prevention public policies I just got word that the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline Improvement Act (Hr2345) just PASSED committee with a strong unanimous vote!
