I think I changed my password for Mastodon? Not sure. It took 24 hours to get the password change link. I still can’t find the process for changing the server, which is what I really wanted to do. On the plus side: there’s a night mode.

Modern camera phones have a thingie that knows when the phone is being held diagonally or perpendicularly, so that the photo has the proper orientation. How did older 35mm cameras know? Because no matter how I held the camera, the print had the correct orientation.

I’m in the minority, but I think that Twitter has spent a lot of money to build an elegant app that is responsive, intuitive, pleasant to use, with abusive users generally suspended. This money, and most of the employees who maintain it all, will be gone when Musk is owner.
