Panthers Basketball Club is a group formed by parents of Augusta Independent Schools student athletes and supporters of Augusta Panthers and Lady Panthers basketball programs.
The Augusta girls program is low in numbers but the middle school group from a few years ago that was successful has some more experience and should be able to compete!
The Augusta boys basketball program is looking very promising. The upper class men will be competitive over the next 2 years as they had a solid summer and the younger/middle school age group looks legit!
Hearing 2024 Cincy Royals Guard Carter Mcclanahan has enrolled to Augusta Independent adding some serious fire power. Augusta Independent is a K-12 school that has several nice young prospects! Should be a fun bunch to track the next several years!
We are still in need of 8-10 volunteers for this Saturday’s 5K race to help at intersections along the route. Volunteers would need to be at the boat dock @ 7:30am. The race starts at 8:30 & should finish about 9:45. Please contact Coach Litteral or Coach Kelsch if you can help
Daniel Edie was raised in Augusta & graduated from the Augusta. He went on to earn a B.A. in Art Education & Minor in Arts Entrepreneurship from Morehead state University. He begins his career as a first-year art teacher this fall at Boone County. tskels014.wixsite.com/augustachronic…
