Tiny, healthy habits can lead to meaningful improvements in your mental wellness. This could look like taking three deep breaths before making a decision, journaling one line each night, or spending 10–15 minutes as you get ready for the day to gently plan what’s ahead.

Today is National Houseplant Appreciation Day! 🌱 Gardening, whether tending to a houseplant or a garden, is therapeutic and a great way to practice mental wellness. These small acts of care can bring calm, routine, and a sense of accomplishment.
