Awful customer service. Bought a voucher for £250 but never turned up in my inbox. Spent two days talking to customer service who promised was resolved, but nothing turned up. Tried again today but was fobbed off. Would not bother getting vouchers from them, you'll be left hangin

@ASOS_news I bought this coat less than a year ago from you and teeth came out from the zip today. we have had one of your jackets for less than a year and absolutely loved it. (Bought 24th April 2024). Are you able to get this fixed or replace it?
I totally agree, been a customer for years, since the very beginning of ASOS but I am so put off now, especially after the customer service I had on live chat tonight regarding a lost parcel. So disappointing.
Bought these sneakers a month ago, and the fabric loop holding the laces started coming loose and fraying. Sent them back, but the store refused a refund, saying they were “used”as if the defect wasn’t the reason I had to return them! Poor quality and even worse customer service

Tell you what @ASOS_Menswear are woeful these days, ordered some funeral attire over the weekend and paid for next day delivery so it got here in plenty of time and it’s been delayed, so much that it will get here after. Useless.

I ordered a dress from Asos for a wedding that I'm attending next month. It was 137 CAD. I was charged 64 CAD for customs fee but according to your website under the "Orders to Canada" section...orders under 150 CAD are not subject to customs duties. @ASOS_Canada @ASOS_news
