Council’s Christmas Carnival ON TONIGHT from 5pm to 9pm in the Todd Mall and Council Lawns, with tree lighting from 7:45pm. Voluntary contact tracing in operation. Council reminds the community to not attend public events if unwell, practice hand hygiene & physical distancing.
