asuoutages: At 8:30 a.m., MST, ASU Zoom Phone users began receiving an error message when trying to receive inbound calls from an external number. Internal calls made between ASU Zoom Phone numbers are working as expected. We are working diligently to resolve this issue.

asuoutages: ASU Faculty became unable to access their Faculty view in MyASU, preventing them from inputting grades. This error has since been resolved. Faculty who are still unable to access their Faculty view in My ASU should log out of My ASU and log back in.

asuoutages: Microsoft has resolved the error preventing Outlook users from accessing public folders. Access is now restored for all community members as of 10:30 MST. Thank you again for your patience. We will continue to monitor throughout the day.

asuoutages: Update: Microsoft is expected to have the deployment of their fix initiated by 11 a.m. PST today. Some users are expected to continue to have issues accessing public folders until that fix is completely rolled out. We thank you for your continued patience.
asuoutages: Microsoft has finished validating the fix that corrects the issue preventing some users from accessing public folders and is preparing to start the deployment process. They anticipate the deployment to initiate by their next scheduled update.
