A wise man once wrote, “the master plan of evangelism is discipleship”.
I’m all for innovation (churches that don’t innovate die). But I’ve never understood why churches talk about new strategies for reaching people before they have a strategy for equipping their people to make disciples. Seems like putting the cart before the horse

The reports of the conditions for migrant children at the border should shock all of our consciences. Those created in the image of God should be treated with dignity and compassion, especially those seeking refuge from violence back home. We can do better than this.
