Just to be clear, the controller in reference was on frequency from ~915p up to ~1015p. Another controller took over at ~1020p

The lady controlling the initial ground frequency at JFK right now needs training. She is making things so difficult for pilots -- not paying attention to calls, not listening to what the pilots are telling her and more or less wasting everyone's time @JFKairport
