Dear UNSG @antonioguterres. The Afghan Taliban have asked to address the UNGA and take UN #AFG seat by appointing a permanent representative. Instead of answering a NO, I suggest you simply ask them to send a WOMAN to address the UNGA and appoint a woman ambassador. Litmus test!
