Being late to the party ๐ it seems this hydrangea in my garden just realized it's time to bloom - in mid September. At the same time, I complete 25 months without a bet and simply appreciate that nature has its own plans that I have no control over ๐ #RecoveryPosse

My guests just took their plane back home after a week of staying at my place. It was such a pleasant experience, talking about all things that matter for them and for me equally, with respect and humbleness. Never imagined I can receive such things nor give them. #RecoveryPosse
I was replacing a tap to connect some machines to the same water source on the wall. Then I'm like where is the key for the little door where the meter is, finding it nowhere. Then the guy from the company comes to read the meter and I asked him to keep it open. Coincidence? Nah.
Active addiction: calculating how much I can spend until the next paycheck, planning what will I lie and to whom if I run out of money. Active recovery: no calculation, no planning, no lie. They are all memories, reminding me where I don't want to be again. #RecoveryPosse
Everyone is at home and have their own health issues but remain calm and look forward to the sunset ๐
Last few days were a bit more hectic than expected by having kidney stones yet again and life, as it should, got lifey. But it doesn't mean that my response was to place a bet which I haven't for 2 years 2 days. That's a win, that's my Win. I am a winner. #RecoveryPosse #gambling
On my way to the major hospital - last night was utterly terrible and with that I came back to the local ER. Hopefully, the tests will tell more about this kidney story, it's painful but now I have way too much of a painkillers within me to think clearly ๐ #trustthesystem

Growing herbs, after 20ish days, did nothing else just threw the seeds into some soil and let nature do the rest. Soon probably I'll have A TON of basil, cause it seems like ALL of the seeds grew and perhaps I've overdone it (again). ๐ณ๐คฃ
Now I feel present in my own life. The end of today means that I'll have a pleasant night with no desire to place a bet or ruin my life in any other way. It means that I completed my 707th day in recovery. #RecoveryPosse
Finished basically half of my undergrad, results of the last two modules just arrived this morning, one scored distinction (surprisingly), the other one is a grade 3 (unsurprisingly). But hey: progress not perfection ๐ฅณ Ready for the next ones ๐
