My prints lately have suddenly all been under-extruded and brittle, and no amount of adjustments or calibration was helping. Rookie mistake. The filament tension screw on the extruder was loose, and the filament was slipping, especially at high speeds. 😡 #3Dprinting

After sorting out the initial problem with the USB cable, the @Sovol3d klipper screen on my SV06 Plus is working well! Calibrated IS and made a small change to the extruder rotation distance; it hit 250mm/s on this Orca Cube. Nice upgrade! #3Dprinting
I also can't change time zone to my locale via the klipper screen UI. The only two options under America are New York and Trenton. But that's minor compared to the MCU disconnect. Until that's fixed, my printer is kind of dead. @Sovol3d #3Dprinting
Switching the firmware on the main board for the @Sovol3d klipper screen is also similar to a marlin update in that the firmware name has to be unique. After copying the firmware file to the TF card, I renamed mine sv06fw.bin for it to work.
Notes as I go through the install of the @sovol3d klipper screen. Not obvious in the manual or the video online, when attaching the power for the screen, you can see +v and -v imprinted on the power supply case. That is helpful because the factory wiring didn't match the video.
