Brilliant service recovery @British_Airways on BA1433 today until baggage reclaim when Maggie was both unhelpful and rude. Shouting at your customers “ yes” then “fill a form or do it online” really no point in having a human being offering assistance

Heard someone on my flight from London Heathrow to Glasgow say that @british_airways wants to compete with @easyJet. No food or even water on a pointlessly delayed flight. They couldn't board everyone in time is a joke 🤣

@British_Airways my 18:55 from GLA to LCA was cancelled. Fair enough, these things happen. My replacement flight was the 17:25, too early, so booked the only other option 20:25 to LHR. To make matters worse, BA just notified that there is no food or drinks service tonight

It’s a nationwide IT glitch apparently 🙄. I just turned up to collect my order but there was just a note in the door. Store staff were utterly useless with no other info. Poor poor service @Tesco not letting customers know.

@AmericanAir apparently your representative tells me I have 48 hours to disagree with a time change to my flight otherwise it’s my fault! How is this - we have to arrive two hours earlier than we are supposed to as you’ve move us to the wrong flight!

Indeed - and typing this while currently at 30 mins + waiting on the Heathrow rewards telephone helpline after no response to my email over 3 weeks ago. Understand it is a difficult time business-wise, but still.


Getting worried as we completed return flights with @British_Airways holidays with their double tier points but not yet credited. Qualifying year ends next month and would gain status - looking on @FlyerTalk loads of people not had them credited @ThePointsGuyUK

@Tesco Can you just admit that your site isn't going to be up and running tonight and save 100s of us from sitting staring at the waiting room screen until the 11:45 cut-off! Copy and pasting the same reply over and over when your site has been down in excess of 6 hours is bs!
