The boys got this little treat of a book for Christmas. So today’s after school learning activity (just 15-20mins each day) was completing the first exercise - writing down what makes them #happy . I did it too. Now we create our own happiness! #createyourownhappy #positive

If my adopted children are struggling in mainstream schools, what options do I have? Is there access to funding to help pay for private schooling that can work at the child’s pace? More emotional support? So confusing! Can anyone help with options/advice? UK based. #education
I needed this yesterday! Totally lost it over something tiny! There is so much pressure to emotionally support your children and always be the adult in the relationship...and sometimes the inner child in me explodes and then I feel guilty about it for the next week! #learnandgrow
