Weird experience in Hongasandra metro for the first time ever for carrying a switched off camera, kept safely inside a bag. The security personnel in the station asked me to enter my name and my aadhar card number in a register that they were maintaining
I protested because this is blatant misuse of commuters' urgency by demanding their aadhar number and they don't even have the right to ask for it just for carrying a camera. After a few exchange of conversations/arguments (which didn't escalate thankfully), they let me go...
...without having me enter the details they asked for. There were around 4 security guards who gave lame reasons like this is yellow line, this is specific to Hongasandra station and what not. Who is framing these non-sense rules?
