On Thursday, a federal judge blocked Florida's Stop WOKE Act from being enforced in higher education. This unconstitutional and discriminatory law prevents students and educators from discussing topics like sexism and racism. We won't allow our rights to be trampled.

105 years ago, Canadian soldiers stormed uphill through sleet, mud, and machine gun fire to capture Vimy Ridge. They battled for four days to achieve this decisive victory. Nearly 3,600 Canadians were killed, and over 7,000 more were wounded.

More than anyone else, he brought minor lacrosse back to Oakville in the mid 90s. The youngsters he introduced to the game ultimately set the stage for the success of the Junior B teams 10 years later and the programs that flourish today. So sad.

We are saddened to hear of the passing of Rob MacDougall. Rob was one of the group that helped start the Buzz back in 2001. More importantly, he was a tireless advocate, coach and volunteer for minor lacrosse in Oakville and Burlington. Few gave as selflessly to the game as Rob.

Great day for soccer in Canada. One champion salutes 20 others.

Phonzy is PROUD of @CanadaSoccerEN's Olympic Gold medal! 🏅 @AlphonsoDavies

Best ending to an EPL game in 20 years.

GOALKEEPER ALISSON HAS SCORED THE WINNER FOR LIVERPOOL!!!

Let’s hope the golfers playing in Augusta next week take heed and stand up to the GOP in Georgia.

Congratulations to @MLB for taking a stand on behalf of voting rights for all citizens. There’s no better way for America’s pastime to honor the great Hank Aaron, who always led by example.

Walter Gretzky was a good friend of kids playing minor hockey and lacrosse. He often participated in events to help raise money for Oakville hockey and lacrosse and also for the Buzz. Thanks Walter. RIP. ctvnews.ca/sports/walter-…
