Yup- But if you do, and I don't ask, it is free
Ugh, I seriously cannot stand it when recruitment agencies say they're going to send you "free samples"! Like seriously, what the heck? Those are actual human beings, not samples!

While I agree with you, I always thought the #was 15-17
I believe that the req load should be 10-12 reqs max. Ideally 8-10 so recruiters have enough time to source.
It's broken and it's not, longer discussion. It will take executive leaders to support the blend of transactional and non-transactional recruiting to move the needle. They are out there
The recruiting process is broken because we made it transactional in the first place. We convinced candidates to blindly follow our broken rules. We told recruiters to do and track the wrong things. We all suffer.
We should talk. I’m on and seeing some interesting potential. Awaiting my first club to be approved
I've not been able to find anything within me that is interested in joining @joinClubhouse. Change my mind.
No, one more potential reason to bias ‘out’ a candidate

It is a critical first official meet. Candidate is getting to know the company. Will experience how company culture is by this 1st meet. Recruiters are looking for skills w/in ranges,(varies on industry). Also looking for any big red/green lights. Much more if had room

Said another way. We are the matchmaker. We do our best that both parties are as close a match as possible. After that, it is up to everyone else to build, nurture and grow the relationship.
#Recruiting #hrcommunity: What’s your thoughts on #recruiters being measured on short-term (<12 mos) turnover. (Set aside chargebacks to agencies if those apply in your role.)
True we looked a that the issue was the annoying process to do that... but think I might have figured a solution
Bad ATS! In that scenario couldn't you have it open for 1 minute (or the minimum)? If a candidate applies in that time frame send them an apologetic explainer.
Unfortunately with some ats ...you can add the role,(req). But you cannot add candidates to it unless you post it. This makes for a nightmare. You could have people apply to it, instead of making it a place to ‘keep’ future candidates. Thanks adp
Why wouldn't you just have a hidden evergreen role on the ATS for each role you hire 00's of and move the candidates you'd like to keep into it?
We added these long ago with a pos ats
#ApplicantTrackingSystems listen up. You need to offer a candidate stage which is 'good for future - move to pipeline'. I haven't seen any of you offering this. It's crucial. There's more than one type of 'rejected'.. #talentacquisition
Congrats to you and the family. I have to----- You do realize those are USC colors, so I guess that means even more congrats in order= LOL

B/c, companies see that person as risky, they’ll leave easier. Takes a good company to see it for the advantage
A friend was running their own company, now looking for a job. Recruiters are getting hung up on the fact they ran their own company. Can someone explain that POV? In my head it's a perk bc they've shown they can be autonomous. Why wouldn't you hire an entrepreneur?
You’ve always rocked and always will

What About REO- "Ridin the Storm Out"
I don't even know how to start emails anymore. "I hope you're well" feels like a cruel joke and too bland. "What is this shit storm" is a little extra. #coronavirus
Had similar thing....guy on my right reported to guy on my left. When guy on my left went to restroom, guy on right asked me about getting new job. Same-thing-opposite, when other guy went to restroom...and... 2months prior, I recruited a guy that was on their team. Awkward much
Normally agree. but sometimes the best time to do it. Sorry, the mercenary in me
It drives me nuts when people reply to an email with a phone call. That is *not* how this works.
MAn everyone beat me to it. THis one was great.
If I were a man, I would have one too.
