Could you not email or txt service outage notifications ahead of time @virginmedia ? Rather than me finding out because my internet disappeared for what could be up to 6 hours.
Had issues last month with MCD's points... Now I have found a bug in the @McDonaldsUK App / Customer Emails... Email system doesn't seem to record bonus/double points. Causing a mismatch between email confirmation and app.

Have @Quaker OatsSoSimple changed something, maybe using cheaper oats? Perhaps a bad batch? They used to be smooth and creamy but now hardly absorb the milk and are just kind of runny with chewy bits in. I now have a box of 48 substandard portions left to eat!
Hey @McDonaldsUK ... Why can't we customise the Double #BigMac? It was well documented last year that 1 slice of cheese wasn't enough, so we "hacked" it to add more cheese. This time around you ignored the extra cheese plea and now you won't even let us add more!? 😠 #notlovingit

Still waiting for a refund @CenterParcsUK ...you should try managing people's expectations by saying how long it will take for you to action a refund. There are many angry reviews on multiple review sites mostly from people frustrated by lack of communication from HQ. #DoBetter

Can't help but feel duped by @jlandpartners .. This "Log snowman" made from "wood, polyfoam and fabric" weighing "2kg" is actually made from 95% polystyrene and weighs a measley 176 grams... £15 for a crappy lump of polystyrene! #ripoff
