But the ARU replacing a coach so close to a world cup was always risky . in reality he has chosen a team for the 1st year in a world cup cycle not the 4th year. To leave out that amount of experience has proven costly.
Not that you asked for it but here is my opinion on Aussie rugby and Mr Jones debacle. I think Eddie wanted to make a statement and have a clear out , he backed a number of young guys and is saying “this is my team” not the “kiwi daves” team anymore.
Every part of my Welsh heritage is pretty chuffed today. A dominate win for Wales and ticket home for Australia. Meaning the Fiji make the ¼ s that in itself is worth celebrating . #WALvAUS #RWC2023

I'll be intrigued what fozzie Baer does with selections this weekend. He could perhaps end some out of form stalwarts of the ABs carreers pre world cup. And ignite some stars . Blind side ,half back , 2nd 5 and the wings will be interesting. #allblacks
