Ukrainian photojournalist Max Levin, our friend and colleague, was found dead April 1, killed by Russian forces near Kyiv. I knew Max, a father of 4, since we began covering the war in 2014. He was brave, talented, and dedicated to covering this story. I can’t believe he’s gone.

Encountering the indentured children street archive in Longmarket St this morning. This powerful memorial documents how between 1841-1921 some 7000 destitute children were identified and if not claimed indentured as labourers @urbanjodi @contestedspaces @peterherring @carbonsmart
