Hey @BWheelerMTG so does this B&R mean that the sticker and Attraction cards are banned in CanLander? "Effectively, Canadian Highlander shares a banned list with Vintage." Although, I'm assuming otherwise until there's an announcement.

So we agree that after #PTLOTR, The One Ring is problematic in #Modern and should be banned, right... This card provides an immense card advantage, with minor downsides. Just like Necropotence, a card BANNED in #Legacy #MTG
