When services lie to you and admit it, yet expect you to trust them!! More so when this possibly happens all the time while seems to be overlooked by the people in positions to stop it happening!!
In ANY form of relationship this is wrong, so why is it sometimes overlooked and rewarded when services do this!! Exactly what part of the system do you trust when the system destroys that trust??
