Instead of #premodern where cards too old for modern are legal, what if we had post modern. Only cards too new for modern are legal. The format exists for a few weeks at a time during spoiler season. Impossible for it to get stale as it gets shaken up by new cards almost daily.
Capitalists will tell you it's a skill issue, but maybe the game is just poorly designed

This modern meta has been great for the environment. Saving so much paper only recording life total changes every other game & sideboard guides only need 1 matchup on them.
