This is curious. Why would Newsom veto a unanimous bill from the California legislature requiring reporting on cost and outcome data on the Homelessness spending??

Newsom has actively tried to conceal waste and fraud in homelessness spending. He vetoed a bill to require reporting on cost and outcome data, which had passed the Legislature unanimously and was recommended by the State Auditor after finding the state lost track of $24 billion.

In July 2024, the Fed cut rates while the BOJ raised rates, leading to the unwind of the carry trade. Bitcoin capitulated into it, and found a low 1 week later. Good chance this happens again on December 10th (Fed cuts, BOJ raises rates). So maybe Bitcoin finds a low mid-Dec?
