What % of Frederick County residents in either k-12 or postsecondary education do NOT have an internet/broadband connection? • Will Hood + The Mount refund room + board if schools move to 100% online? • We need to consider health & ECONOMIC impacts of COVID-19

Enjoying all these takes from people who are suddenly experts on gang behaviors/rituals.

Oh, sorry, Texas...we missed the news here in Frederick Maryland because we were too busy dealing with our own shooting that happened two blocks from my house...

Y'all - we don't deserve this article in the @frednewspost by @kamamasters - but I am so glad it was written. We desperately needed it. That said, how is it that I can get myself elected/appointed to the Liquor Board?

When the songwriter on stage is playing a pretty damn good rendition of @JasonIsbell’s “Cover Me Up” and the ‘Wednesday Night Woo Girls” are wooing and gyrating like it’s a 50 Cent song down at da club...

O, sisters, can you shout it out? Sweet disorder!

If I were on the @FCPSMaryland Board of Education, this is something I would look into building into the curriculum. This is the 2019 version of teaching our kids the difference between 'shit' and 'shinola'.

If you haven’t yet seen all the wonderful stuff @SHEG_Stanford has created re: teaching fact-checking, check it. Here’s a nice summary of some of the useful techniques they endorse: greatschools.org/gk/articles/ra…

A thought-exercise: If Frederick had a music venue that held 250-500 people, had an elevated stage and good sound system that could attract regional touring independent bands: 1) Who would you try to book? 2) Justify why that show would be an economical and social success. GO
