Blasting arms in the gym now and I’m about to learn the Riddle of Steel. Massive pump.
Deep and wide in the gym today. Full range of motion with dumbbell incline press. Always wide like Arnold. Feels so good.
8M cold and rainy fasted run. Felt very good considering my hamstring strain which is improving. Boonie hats never fail.
What distance are you running on Thanksgiving morning?
In my 50’s I know that I always have something. Shoulder, foot, hamstring, yet I train. Make adjustments. These things are like fades in your jeans. They aren’t leaving. Be smart, careful and know when to rest. Know when you can go really hard.
Run today in Spring Lake with some new Brooks and nice cushion.
Friday evening in the gym is so good. You finish the end of the work week feeling great with a pump. Sat you can sleep an extra hour and have a great recovery and feel strong.

Today’s run in Spring Lake/Belmar. I found an old VW van.

Morning espresso after an early 2M run to accompany my daughter. “Dad, can you run with me in the morning?” Of course.
Nice Sunday run with my wife on her bike. I felt like I had someone to crew me although it wasn’t that long.
