$BABA average EV/EBITDA since IPO is 36.3 with a high of 61. The current (and lowest) EV/EBITDA multiple is 20.3. That’s ~80% upside if it reverts to the mean. CCP has always been a risk but the market paid more. Even 20-40% re-rate is a nice return on top of earnings growth.
