⚾️: Class 5 Region A quarterfinals No. 7 Kempsville 7, No. 2 First Colonial 6 WP: Cole Bergenholtz The Chiefs were down 6-5 in the top of the 7th inning, but Isaac Corbett hit a sacrifice fly to score 2 runs. Bergenholtz allowed 8 hits and 6 runs, striking out 5 and walking none.
Boys 🥍: Kempsville 15, Landstown 4 Cam Parrett and Keegan Harmon had three goals and an assist apiece for the Chiefs (4-4, 4-1 Beach District).
⚾️: Kempsville 3, Tallwood 0 Ben Krause gave up two hits and zero runs over seven innings, striking out six and walking none. Ben Hoffer led the Chiefs with one hit and two RBIs. Sawyer Whitmore, Calvin Webb, Cole Bergenholtz and Sean Jefferies also recorded hits.
