I don't follow Indiana closely enough to know what's their secret sauce. Indiana has 0 5-star players and just 7 4-star players. Oregon has 6 5-stars and 52 4-stars. 58 Blue Chip players to 7. What is Cignetti doing that literally nobody else in the sport has figured out?
The rise of Indiana football under Cignetti is one of the most impressive things I've ever seen. Just getting to a bowl game has long been the ceiling for that program. Then Cignetti comes in, goes to CFP in Year 1, legit top-5 team in Year 2. That just doesn't happen in CFB.
Mizzou's offense works best with a RB like Cody Schrader that can catch the ball out of the backfield. That's something that Hardy needs to add to his repertoire for next season.

I don't blame Beau or Kirby for this loss. Sometimes, the other team has better players and there's nothing you can do. There's no magic play that makes your guys bigger, faster, and stronger.
Cignetti is the best Head Coach in college football right now. He is doing more with less better than anybody else. On paper Indiana should be Kentucky but they're out here beating everybody.

Indiana has zero five stars, seven four stars and, according to the 247 talent composite, the 72nd most talented roster in the sport. Three spots behind Boston College. That Cignetti has built a national contender there is astounding. One of the best coaching jobs in my lifetime
People who don't know ball will tell you that having 5 ⭐️ and 4 ⭐️ players doesn't matter when it's the most important factor. Drinkwitz needs better players. It takes a long time to build a roster loaded with blue-chip players, this isn't a one-recruiting-class fix.
I thought Mizzou played really well and really physical today. This might be the best they've played against an elite roster since the 2010 OU game. If they play that well the rest of the season, the Tigers are going 10-2 or 11-1.

I'm the only Mizzou fan on this app that knew BEFORE the game that we couldn't run the ball on Alabama. I knew we couldn't move their defensive line with our o-line. I said we needed to throw the ball to win, that was accurate as fuck. I know ball.
Mizzou will beat Alabama if the Tigers throw the football aggressively down the field. I don't think Mizzou is strong enough in the trenches to run the ball on Bama. This has gotta be Beau's game, 350 yards passing and 4 TD passes.
This is why Alabama won. Some Mizzou fans are blaming Kirby Moore and the play-calling. Mizzou had a lot of fight in them (their defense was off the charts good) but it's almost impossible to beat a roster like Alabama's with a roster like Mizzou's.
