@jlandpartners Broken Washing Machine, since 23 Nov, under warranty/ > 2 years old, 2 engineer visits, circuit board replaced and still not working. Next engineer visit 29th Dec (6 weeks without WM) no promised call backs from CS or JL Head of CS. JL just don't care #JohnLewsFail
