RIP Sandy Alomar Sr, the father of Sandy and Hall of Famer Roberto Alomar who played 14 years in the big leagues before his coaching career. Truly, one of the beloved legends of baseball.

Closest I got to no no. I actually quit warming up that day bc it was not good. But got between the lines and got into a rhythm. Good reminder that the warm up is just a warmup and doesn’t determine outcome. @TheMayorsOffice always took great AB’s and was a tough out.
9/13/98 - In their inaugural season @AndyBenes40 (8.1inn., 1H, 5BB, 6K, 138np) came 2 outs away from Arizona's first no-hitter, but on a 3-2 count to rookie @TheMayorsOffice, missed his spot and Casey lined Cincinnati's only hit to RF. The #DBacks came out on top, 5-0.
