No time for social media this week, hence why I have been quiet. Busy, busy washing and preparing the floor in our new facility for floor painting over the weekend.

Next week looks like we will be busy making moulds for the manufacture of some custom car parts in Carbon Fibre. Hope we can share some photos of the end product in the coming weeks. #carbonfibre

Two things I like talking about. 3D printing and a Circular Economy. If you’re like me, then have a read over this article. fabbaloo.com/news/recycling…

We took delivery of another printer last week. The Markforged X3 will allow us to further extend our Markforged material offering. We can now offer printed parts in Onyx, Onyx ESD, Onyx FR, Precise PLA and Smooth TPU 95A.

Our Modelling service is used by our clients not to just produce final products but also to produce support equipment like Jigs & Fixtures and special tooling. #3Dmodelling #3dprinting #additivemanufacturing

Prepreg is the name given to composite reinforcement materials, such as carbon fibre, that have been pre-impregnated with activated resin. #carbonfibre #reverseengineer

We have been working closely with a customer to manufacture replacement fibre glass air ducting for an aircraft re-fit. By using our scanning, CNC machining, vacuum forming and fibre glass capabilities we have manufactured duct to retrofit 8 planes to date.

We continue to see an increase demand for Obsolete parts to be reverse engineered. To aid this process we can scan the part and then create a CAD model from the captured data. By using our portable Hybrid Blue Laser & LED Light 3D Scanner. #3dscanning #3dprinting

We would like to express our sincere sadness as we learn of the loss of our Queen.

We are often asked if we can 3D print a complete bike, (which we can't) but we have helped several companies to develop parts for bikes by producing 3D printed prototypes or finished specific parts. fabbaloo.com/news/can-you-3… #3Dprinting #Additivemanufacturing #Concept #prototype
PLA is one of the most common materials used in 3D printing. It is used from the home hobbyist to industrial grade applications. So what is PLA. I won't try and explain, I will leave this article to do that for me. #3Dprinting #Additivemanufacturing fabbaloo.com/news/what-is-p…

I'm always the one who pushes in to operate our CNC router when it comes to machining model board to make moulds for our Fibre Glass or Carbon Fibre components. Still get a kick from traditional machining. #cncmachining #carbonfibre #fibreglass
We use both our inhouse 3D printing and Vacuum Casting to produce bespoke parts in various materials. Parts like these screen cowls can be produced for the train industry. #vacuumcasting
