As a legislative body, we have 60 days to create good policies for all West Virginians. Creating a constitutional amendment for something that is already illegal is poor use of legislative time and effort and also tax payer's dollars.
Last week it was Trump Mountain, this week it’s a constitutional amendment to make it illegal for non-citizens to vote even though IT’S ALREADY ILLEGAL! What about the $400M deficit, foster kids, clean drinking water, and other real issues that affect West Virginians?
