Election Appeals: NYS primary elections for state/local offices will be 6/23/20. Appeals to AD2 must be perfected by 4/29/20. Respondent briefs are due 5/4/20 and arguments will be 5/6/20. Paper copies must be submitted per AD2 rules, and 1 copy emailed to the Clerk of the Court.
