We knew this was coming, and it's only the start. This is what Dems want - to tax NFA items out of accessibility. And as long as the registration framework is still in place, we're going to be fighting this battle.

The guy that shot the officer sitting in his car in SC apparently used Dragon's Breath, at least in part. From images I've seen it seems he may have mixed some buckshot in with the incendiary rounds. The perp died in the ensuing gunfight.

ATF Eforms are now slowing down the NICS system. Hang on for a bumpy ride! Write your legislators and demand they either end the NFA or that they force the ATF to honor NICS Brady exemptions since the NFA Division uses NICS.

EForm4 average stamp return time: 3 days. Yes, there were some who got stamps in right after midnight Jan 1 that got them back in 1 day, but the average has been about 3 days. Once they're in, they're moving fast. Getting them to take in the system is the hard part. @ATFHQ
ATF uses NICS for NFA background checks, yet they refuse to abide by Brady exemptions. Why? It seems we need to hound [email protected] and make that change happen asap. After all, it's YOUR rights we're talking about here and if you're exempt, you're exempt! @gunpolicy
