On 1 April a new Independent National Whistleblowing Officer will be introduced for health service staff. This role will help ensure everyone delivering @NHSScotland services in Scotland is able to raise concerns when they see harm or wrongdoing putting patient safety at risk.
Enjoyed visiting the new Community Food Larder that opened today within the Ayrshire Muslim Education Centre in London Road. The volunteers are bursting with ideas & enthusiastic about helping those most in need access good quality affordable food. ❤️
Agree. Emailed nobody, cc’d nobody, and tied nobody to their desk trying to respond to my emails. Used the time wisely for important direct discussions. Emails remain necessary but should be used carefully as part of a more balanced approach to clinical connection. 👏👏👏
This was fabulous! I spoke with 3 colleagues I wouldn't normally have been able to (phone and face to face). I also had better conversations those I normally spend time with as I was less distracted. Realise I miss the connections. @Crawfordmcguff3 @HazelNMAHPDir
