We tend to overcomplicate evangelism in theory and undervalue evangelism in practice. Here’s a simple method from the mouth of Jesus in Mark 5: “Go home to your friends and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.” Go and tell of His mercy.
In Genesis 12, God promised to make Abraham a great name and a great nation. Abraham responded by making God an altar in Shechem and Bethel. “he built there an altar to the Lord” “there he built an altar to the Lord” May we make God’s name great wherever His promises take us.
Genesis 3 gives us excellent lessons in leadership and followership: Eve followed Satan Adam followed Eve No one followed God In order to lead well, we must follow well. Satan wants nothing more than to distract us from our devotion to God and from God’s design for our lives.
Psalm 19 says the Word of God is: perfect and revives the soul sure and makes wise the simple right and rejoices the heart pure and enlightens the eyes May we be revived, made wise, filled with joy, and enlightened in 2023.
