I simply don’t understand this point that @alexsobel is making about the consultation period for the @LBIAirport planning application. There was a consultation at the start of the year!!! Other than the fact most respondents were in favour, what’s the basis of the objection ?

Interesting press release from @GfAoLBA re: LBA planning application. On one hand suggesting there is too much detail to understand the application but on the other happy to say they have reached a conclusion that it’s all terrible. I suspect their minds were made up beforehand

I often wonder why the gulf between the growth of city centre resi in Leeds vs Mcr. This maybe explains why. But central Leeds has lots of brownfield, transport from the suburbs is poor & city centre retail is vulnerable. Maybe time to sell some of our soul?@eveyroo @tomriordan
