MSME exporters are not able to ride on the current wave because they were facing working capital crunch due to GST refund and raising bank credits proving to be a major challenge.Hence delays in refunds severely impact their ability to process customer orders in time.

The current situation for Indian exporters(Mostly MSMEs) is such that as if somebody held you hostage at gunpoint & shout don't move.The Government should understand that GST refund delays caused working capital blockage & affected the exporters adversely. @PMOIndia @nsitharaman
