It was a little darker this evening, but also quite mild & no rain, yay! Great turnout for our long reps & we hope you'll all make it next week Don't forget the high viz/flashing lights/light/reflective clothing please as we move into the winter we'd like everyone to stay safe
Our first short hill session back on the roads, took place this evening. The team did a great job of keeping up the pace even if most of us lost count of how many reps we did 🤣 Looking forward to more fun next week already!
One of our more pleasant sessions this evening, no hills and no rain - what more could we ask for? Well done everyone.
This weekend saw 407,321 walks, runs & volunteers at parkrun. A new global record on their 20th anniversary. So if you took part you were part of that record! Whilst we didn't have that many at our session this evening (thankfully 🤣) We had a great turnout and even a rainbow
Our last Tuesday rep session in the park this evening, in drizzly conditions was a fitting way to conclude the 'summer' season! Next week we're back on the roads, we'll post nearer the time regarding meeting points So it's time to dig out the reflective tops/high viz/lights!

If you'd looked at the weather forecast a few days ago for today and you were due to take part in an event we're sure you would've not been relishing the idea! However, good running conditions today saw Rich & Tracey do the Robin Hood HM and Robbie & Viki do the Potters 'Arf
Well done to tonight's team of twenty Bullets who kept running up, & down, the hill to complete our last (😒) short hill session in the park. Next week is our last session in the park before we head out into the roads to continue our Tuesday sessions.

The Bullets Team met in the park, To run short reps (including Mark), They just kept going, For thirty minutes, not slowing, And they all made it home before dark!
Long hills were in order for this Tuesday night, Thankfully it don't give our runners a fright. Well done everyone you all did great, Now time to go home and rehydrate!
There may not have been any national records broken this evening in Sutton Park, but the team sprinted their way to the finish. Well done everyone, great running don't forget to stretch and good luck with stairs tomorrow 😀

Today is International Friendship Day and what better way to spend it than running reps in the park! Great running, once again from everyone, as it was quite humid this evening. We done everyone.
This Tuesday "We'll be back" on the long reps from Sixways to the visitor centre, ford and back up the hill. Hasta la blister baby. If you fancy eine kleine nachtrun, meet up at the top car park from Boldmere Gate for a 6pm start.
