Perspective is the prism through which we view the world and we all need to move the prism a little or maybe a lot to gain a richer picture of ourselves and the world around us.
The value you place on yourself is the value other people will place on you. People will learn from you how to treat you by watching ✔️How you define your boundaries ✔️How you communicate your needs and wants ✔️How you tolerate the crap they dump on you Your value is inherent
