The murder trial of Eritrean Deng Chol Majek starts on Monday. He was an illegal immigrant who had only crossed the channel in a small boat weeks before he stabbed Rhiannon Skye Whyte. Previously he refused to submit a plea because he didn’t think he’d done anything wrong.
