Dr. Torg was the team doctor for the Sixers, Flyers, and Eagles and treated some of their legendary players.
Every time I write an obituary I go through a small existential crisis. The process forces you to confront the finality of death. There are just so many questions that could be so easily answered by the person who passed away, and yet they are the ones you can no longer ask.

Today the House Education Committee voted to advance HB 972, a bill that would effectively prohibit trans girls from school athletics. We hosted a lobby day and a press conference to send the message that this attack on trans kids is unnecessary, cruel, and stops here.
