@British_Airways Very disappointing experience on your Bucharest–London flight. 1.5h delay, rude check-in staff, no cabin space, even when most people had been asked to check their luggage. Cramped for 3.5hrs. A simple apology isn’t enough. I should have just flown with Ryanair.

@British_Airways I just flew business class from LCA to LHR - what an absolute disgrace! Let’s ignore the standard economy seat you charge 3x the price for. The WIFI was broken for the entire flight! The seat pocket was ripped. My iPad was damaged as it dropped into the cabin…

@British_Airways phoning your customer service line is extremely painful. My case #09248251 has been closed yet I've received no communication by email so have no clue what the outcome is. I call sometimes I'm told the case is still open, sometimes I'm told it's closed #shambles

@British_Airways how can we actually speak to someone? The number we have 0344 493 0787 - option 1 to amend an existing booking & option 2 - for other destinations (USA) then says all lines are busy try again later. No option to hold. I have been trying all day 😡

@British_Airways Flight was delayed in August,raised a complaint.This was then closed without me knowing.After phoning it was reopened,as apparently a mistake.Then it has been closed again with no notification. Told to email different place. Have done 3 times, no reply.Shambles
