Release: CommCenter* patch for iOS 5+ now support iOS 6.1.2 (10B146). Currently not supported iOS 6.1.2 (10B147).
iPhone 3GS~4S was done, remaining iPhone 5. Currently we can't support for iPad 4 and mini because different build and hasn't device.

ECN is reflection data rate's(PS) health for network level, it seems increase antenna pict. But it's *normal*. Used by AT&T, SoftBank etc.
