There's not a lot I hate more than unscrupulous DC cab drivers. And it seems there are an awful lot of them.

once again, cabs are running normal fares, NOT SNOW RATES according to @DDOTDC... don't get ripped off today
.@JustinBlau We will announce when a snow emergency is declared. Need a lot more snow though (appr. 6 inches). Taxis=reg fares
DCTC's phone # is 202-645-6018... there is NO snow emergency, taxis can't charge you the 125% fare. Don't get ripped off! #dc #dcsnow #snow
