If RBI wants, it can end (or at least regulate) banks' target culture and the associated malpractices in no time. But it'd rather just issue statements while letting these frauds play out as usual. RBI's regulatory failure is also responsible for this mess.

6 months are over today and yet not even glimpse of #5DaysBanking. Since there is no update till now, there can be 2 reasons.. 1. Unions dnt care. 2. Unions are waiting patiently for 6 months completion. But as of now every banker is feeling shattered as their last hope is gone.
1 Days left for #5DaysBanking as promised by some leaders. ⏳️⏰️ Yet no solid update on the issue. Seems like another fake promise. 😢🤦 As BPS is concluded after 494 days. Our most important demand of #5DaysBanking is still pending. @aiboc_in @ChVenkatachalam
Excellent move by SBI. There are ample opportunities in the market and no incentive was there for loyalists to keep sticking to the organisation. Amount might be debatable though.
