The results for the Oct 2020 bar exam will be released at 6:00 p.m. on January 8. A new set of post exam FAQs related to Chapter 6 Notice, guidelines, administrative hearing procedures, and a decision matrix are now posted. We expect to add questions on related topics soon.
New appellate rules take effect January 1 that convert longstanding page limits on briefs and other appeals filings into word count limits for all computer-generated documents. The new @FLCourts-approved rules also require the use of specific fonts. floridabar.org/the-florida-ba…
If you have a Chapter 6 notice from @StateBarCA for lack of audio, check your PC settings for when mic was accessed by ExamSoft. Settings-microphone-choose which apps can access microphone-scroll to bottom. If ES is listed as accessing it at the exam, include screenshot.

Wow. 17 percentage points difference in passage rates between the September in-person and October online bar exam administrations in Texas this year. Those who took the online exam had higher failure rates. I’m sure tech issues had absolutely nothing to do with this. 🙄🙄🙄🙄
